Based on an original framework, The Spheres of Influence, this interactive workshop aims to elevate our awareness of intersecting elements of power and influence. Examining these elements through the lens of gender is a critical step in recognizing the default strategies we all bring to our interactions on and off the stage. Assumptions, unconscious bias and the ways in which we have internalized the cultural messaging about gender are at play all the time. We will work with ways we can unpack, challenge and defy our default perspectives and strategies.
