This workshop will explore through improvisational play some reasons why the qualities that make us better improvisers also make us better global citizens. We’ll sample classic games created by key figures in the evolution of improvisation - Viola Spolin, Paul Sills, and Del Close - and new games created by the workshop leader, inspired by his work with these pioneers, as well as by recent scientific discoveries in the fields of behavioral science, neuroscience, physics and mindfulness.
